How does self storage work?
Self storage is pretty simple. You decide what you want to store, you decide what size unit you need and then you give us a call. We will help you find the unit that best serves your needs and is most cost effective for you. We’ll get your flexible lease sorted and arrange a moving in date. It’s as simple as that.
What can I store?
At Rent A Space you can store almost anything. We’ve designed our storage space to be flexible so that whatever our customers need, we can provide. Now obviously, there are some exceptions: you can’t keep your livestock in a storage unit! But if you have good that are not living or dangerous, then the chances are we can accommodate you at Rent A Space.
How secure is my stuff?
When you leave your stuff with us, the chances are it’s safer here than it is at home with you! We have 24 hour, state of the art CCTV, each of our units is individually alarmed and padlocked, access to the units is granted via pin access, the exterior is gated and we have a professional mobile security partner on hand to assist if we need them. Your stuff really couldn’t be any safer with us.
How do I access my stuff?
Accessing your stuff is simple. You come and get it whenever you like! You have the key to your unit and you’ll be given a pin to access the storage facility. We have staff onsite 7 days a week and we can even arrange out of hours access if you need it.
When can I move in?
As soon as possible! We know that once you’ve made the decision to shift your stuff from your home or business, you want to get the job done as soon as you can. We make the sign-up process as hassle free as possible. So give us a call, we’ll find out what you need and we’ll let you know how soon you can move in.
