There is no minimum length of stay however our minimum charge period is 2 weeks.
Access to your unit is free of charge 7 days a week.
Insurance can be provided by us for a small cost and can be purchased by the week inline with your length of stay. Our storage advisor will ask what the value of your items are when you check in and can provide fully comprehensive cover for fire, flood and theft. You can also adjust your insured value as and when you need to.
Our building is about as secure as we can possibly make it!
All room are individual alarmed and your alarm code is specific to you. As added measures, each unit is also secured by padlock.
Our building has an electronic pin code entry /exit system, 24hr CCTV is in operation and our alarm systems are fully monitored. We also have a resident site security……so hopefully you can take comfort that your items will be safe whilst in our possession.
Absolutely! All our units are internal and our storage facility was only built in September 2016. Consequently, our modern is sufficiently ventilated and has plenty of airflow, ensuring that your items will leave us in exactly the same condition as when they arrived.
You first payment is made at time of move-in and can done using either credit or debit card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash at move-in. Future payments can then be made via direct debit.
Yes! Simply call or pop into reception to discuss your requirements and we will find a suitable new unit to match your updated needs.
Yes! You are able to add / subtract the names of any additional access persons on your account at any time.
Yes! We can receive and sign for any package and we will send you a text message to make you aware of its safe arrival. The package is then held in a secure location until you collect.
Yes! All of our staff are forklift licensed and with FLT on site and readily available together with pallet trucks and trolleys we are well equipped for any large deliveries or dispatch.
Yes! We have a fantastic range of packing materials onsite, including boxes in a variety of sizes, packing paper, bubble wrap, tape, covers and much more. Further information on our packing materials can be found here.
Yes! We have some great contacts for you who can offer discounted van hire and removals. Simply contact reception with any queries.
